T460p手册里的这句话是几个意思

意思是说M.2只能用于HDD的加速之用，不能作为系统启动设备，要用SDD作系统盘只能用SATA口的？

备。M.2 固态驱动器用于“高速缓存”功能和支持Intel Rapid Start Technology。
