我的电脑被小孩子动过后,就不好用了,开机后十几分钟桌面才出现图标,宽带也不能上,防火墙也关闭了 ,而且总是出现提示:
Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\common Files\SDAgent\Smartda.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application`s support team for more information

用WINDOWS XP 安装盘也无法重新安装 请各位高手帮忙解答 .在此先谢谢了.

先卸载“开心运程速递”，可以从“添加/删除程序”里卸载，也可以直接运行%ProgramFiles%\SDAstro\Uninst.exe来卸载，卸载后使用HijackThis修复之前提到的BHO和服务（或启动项），最后再删除相关文件和目录：

%System%\meobjsdt.dll
%System%\xbeiaec.dll
%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\SDAgent\
%ProgramFiles%\SDAstro\

除了在bios里修改启动顺序覆盖重装之外

还可以在注册表里搜smartda、tutuag32，删除相关项

重启后删C:\Program Files\common Files\SDAgent文件夹
