关于电池的一点问题

我设置了电池的充电和停止充电的百分比。
     设置为：Charging will start when below 20% and stop at 45%。但是怎么每次开机都看电池剩余量在不断增多，从45％慢慢地升到47％、48％、49％，今天到了51％。为何设置了停止充电数值为45％而电池会不断地继续充电。
     我参考了一下Changing Battery Charge Thresholds的帮助文件。里面有这些提示：
      Note:

     × The settings are effective only when the Power Manager Gauge is running in the task bar.

     × The stop charge threshold must be at least 4% above the start threshold.

     × Depending upon the age of the battery, it is normal for the exact point at which charging will start or stop to differ from the set charging thresholds by up to 2 percentage points.

     × If you change the stop threshold, you will need to charge your battery to 100% once every three months to ensure proper battery health.

     其中第一条：The settings are effective only when the Power Manager Gauge is running in the task bar.是不是可以这样理解，只有在电脑在开机状态下，changing battery charge thresholds 的设置才生效，如果在关机的状态插着电源，机器就会自动充电？还是因为第三条：Depending upon the age of the battery, it is normal for the exact point at which charging will start or stop to differ from the set charging thresholds by up to 2 percentage points.如果是这样，设置停止充电的数值为45％，有高出2％的可能，那么因为电池比较新，则你设置为45％，可能就会变高，但是只有大约2％的高出值，现在到了51％也不对。

     另外，最后一条 If you change the stop threshold, you will need to charge your battery to 100% once every three months to ensure proper battery health.请问YY和大伙，如果每三星期要充满电一次，那么请问，是不是也要完全放完电一次，就是使用一次Battery gauge reset?

我也有一个问题，是不是在不使用电池的情况下最好拔下电池呢/

网上说这样会延长电池寿命，请教！！

呵呵,是搂主你太仔细了,如果要对电池好的话,无论用多少,最好一次充电冲满才对.像你那样经常用电池则不用每月做一次循环

2楼朋友说的那个个人认为不太存在这个问题，而且我们不推荐你这么做，因为那样很容易造成充电模块的损伤，搞不好你以后都充不进去电了。那可是要修主板的。

所以，最好的方式还是设置最低充电值，然后如果是满电，就插上电源再开机，如果不是满电，就等进入系统后电源管理软件开始运行后再插电源。这时候电量只要不低于你设置的最低值的话，就不会充电。

我的电池设置的是5%，7个月了，昨天第一次运行BATTERY GAUGE RESET，从最开始的51.85掉到了49.04，这点损耗，我还算满意的。

另外，一楼的朋友，个人感觉不大赞成您只充一部分电的做法，为什么不充满呢？这样很容易造成电池一部分性能不被激活而降低寿命和性能的。。。

八戒，你误会了，其实我更经常用电源。就是因为经常用电源所以电池一直是在100％的状态，这样对电池的损伤比较大（ThinkPad Power Manager Help上说的）。所以才使用了电池充电和停止充电的百分比。这样可是使得电池在非充满状态下存储，一来可以解决所谓突然断电或是电压不稳造成机器损伤的事故。二来可以延长电池的寿命。
下面是ThinkPad Power Manager Help上摘抄下来的原话：
If you primarily use your computer with the ac adapter attached and only infrequently use battery power, you can increase the lifespan of the battery by changing the charge thresholds. This allows you to reduce the number of charge cycles by letting the battery discharge to a lower percentage before beginning to recharge. It also allows you to set the maximum charge value to below 100%. This is useful because batteries which are used infrequently have a longer lifespan when they are stored at less than full charge.
If you primarily use your computer with the ac adapter attached and only infrequently use battery power, battery deterioration may occur faster when the battery is constantly charged at 100%. Lower the charge thresholds of your battery if you use your ThinkPad computer often while on ac power.

睡觉，你再看看我的贴，可能你误会了，其实我们的做法是一样，只不过你设置是低于5％充电，而我设置是低于20％充电。另外我想问问你，你设置的停止充电的数值是多少？是100％吗？

不能设置充到100%才停止吗?满电对电池有损伤?我很少用电池,所以电池电量一直是100%,每次都是开机前插交流电使用.

楼上的兄弟，当然可以设置充到100％停止，电源管理里面缺省设置就是到100％停止。只是使电池长时间保持100％的充电量对电池非常不利。电源管理里面的帮助文件是这么说的：If you primarily use your computer with the ac adapter attached and only infrequently use battery power, battery deterioration may occur faster when the battery is constantly charged at 100%.
但是如何解决随机装着电池（保护机器）又不会使得电池损耗过大呢？
帮助文件说：Lower the charge thresholds of your battery if you use your ThinkPad computer often while on ac power. you can increase the lifespan of the battery by changing the charge thresholds.This is useful because batteries which are used infrequently have a longer lifespan when they are stored at less than full charge.我理解是说，对于经常用交流电源的用户，不要满电存储电池（包括把电池装在机器上存储），要设置开始充电值和停止充电值。将停止充电值设置低于100％。



有时候觉得为个电池搞这么累很不值得。晕～～～～～～～～

回答楼主，我的电池也是这样的，原因是第一条，充电设置只有在软件运行后才能起作用。
唯一的办法就是先开机，等运行后再接电源。
不知哪位达人有更好的解决办法。
